Inbox Chaos? How to Regain Control Without Working Late

Updated: 1 day ago

Your inbox shouldn’t be running your business, but for many of us, it feels that way. When new emails constantly interrupt your flow, and unread messages hit triple digits, it’s time for a reset.

Here’s how to get your inbox under control:

Sort It Out

Create folders or labels to organise your emails. Try "To Reply," "Waiting On," and "Action Needed". This helps you prioritise what actually needs your attention.

Batch Your Email Time

Instead of checking your inbox constantly, try checking it 2–3 times a day. You’ll be less distracted and more productive.

Unsubscribe Without Mercy

Newsletters you never read? Sales emails from that one stationery shop? Unsubscribe. Declutter your digital space.

Let Me Help

A VA can regularly check and sort your emails, respond to basic enquiries, and flag anything important. I can even cover your inbox while you’re on holiday.

An organised inbox = a clearer head. If your emails are running the show, it might be time to hand over the reins - drop me an email amy@taabvirtualsolutions.com
