Hi, and welcome to TAAB Virtual Solutions! I'm so glad that you’re here. I'm a freelance marketeer and virtual assistant (VA) based in the fine city of Norwich, Norfolk.

So, how did TAAB come to be? With over 16 years in marketing and office management, working both in-house and in agencies, I decided to take the leap. In 2024, after facing redundancy, I realised it was the perfect moment to start my own journey.

What does TAAB stand for? Officially, TAAB represents Time and Assistance for Ambitious Businesses - a nod to the support I provide to businesses. But there’s a personal side to it, too: TAAB is made up of my family’s initials. And of course, it reflects one of our favourite sayings about having “too many tabs open” at once - something every busy professional can relate to! That’s how TAAB Virtual Solutions was born.

Over the years, working with small and medium businesses, I've seen countless owners and teams juggling endless tasks, often leading straight to burnout. So many of those daily ‘tabs’ could be easily outsourced, freeing up valuable time for them to focus on what they truly love and excel at.

Norfolk is home to so many amazing solopreneurs, micro and small businesses, and I'm passionate about supporting them. For me, it’s not just about making business smoother; it’s about helping people free up time for life. More time to spend with family, friends, and doing the things that bring joy. Life’s too short for endless working hours and burnout!
