No. You can work with me for Business Operations, Marketing Support, or a combination of both. We'll focus on the support your business actually needs.

We'll agree on what you'd like me to take responsibility for and roughly how much support you'll need each month. For ongoing clients, we'll reserve a set amount of time so you know you have regular support available.

Business Operations support is £35 per hour, and Marketing Support is £45 per hour. For ongoing support, we'll agree on a monthly number of hours based on what you need.

There is a minimum of 5 hours per month for ongoing support.

That's completely normal. We can talk through what's taking up your time, what's getting pushed down the list and where things feel harder than they should.

Yes. Your support doesn't have to stay exactly the same forever. We can review what's working, what's changed and adjust your ongoing support as your business evolves.

Absolutely. I work remotely, so I can support businesses wherever they're based. Being Norfolk-based simply means I can also offer more local, in-person support where appropriate.

In most cases, yes. I'll work with your existing systems where they're doing the job, rather than changing things for the sake of it. If I spot an easier or more efficient way of working, I'll recommend it.

Yes. Not everything needs to become a monthly commitment. Some projects can be handled as one-off pieces of work, depending on what you need.

If you know you have a particularly busy month or project coming up, we can discuss additional support subject to availability.

Business Operations support can include many of the practical tasks you'd associate with a VA, but it also looks at how those tasks fit together. As well as getting things done, I can help put systems, processes and ways of working in place so your business becomes easier to manage.
